Can someone tell me what Halal is so I know how much to eyeroll at these people + learn a fact?

Basically, food allowed to be eaten within accordance to Muslim religion. So like, eating pork, or blood, or alcohol, or any other impure foods or beverages is not good, so not halal. And due to the changing world and types of food, theres basically a board of people, probably big who determine if food is considered halal, and my assumption is that toblerone was cleared for safe eating by the board.

Animals that are killed for halal meats, are killed quickly and painlessly and given a prayer. Kosher meats are also considered halal. And vegetarian options are almost always halal unless they contain alcohol.

so basically islamophobes are condemning pure food
